How Quiply revolutionised internal communication

The Kassenzahnärztliche Vereinigung Westfalen-Lippe, headquartered in Münster, is a public corporation and ensures dental care in its area of activity. They have been using Quiply for internal communication and as an infotainment platform since 2021. This means that business-relevant communication and information transfer now takes place digitally. In the "Follow-me-around" section, they present various employees at work and provide information about new hires via a newsfeed. Employees can participate in the design of the Quiply employee app and contribute their creativity and ideas.

Initial situation

Information was only visible at the workplace and internal communication was top-down and very hierarchical.
This meant that non-desk employees did not receive important information at the same time as those in the office.
As a result, employees felt less well informed. In addition, one-way communication meant that it was often not possible to respond to the information received - or only in a roundabout way.

Results

90% of employees signed up to the Quiply employee app within the first year. Acceptance of the app is high.
Communication is now two-way and information received can be responded to immediately.
The infotainment is well received and even employees working from home, on parental leave or absent remain informed.

About the Westphalia-Lippe Association of Statutory Health Insurance Dentists

The Kassenzahnärztliche Vereinigung Westfalen-Lippe, headquartered in Münster, is a corporation under public law and ensures dental care in its area of activity. With around 200 employees, it acts as a link between dentists and health insurance companies. The Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians negotiates fees for dentists and settles accounts with health insurance companies. They look after approx. 3,500 dental practices with approx. 6,000 dentists and orthodontists. Since the end of 2021, the KZVWL has been using the Quiply employee app and optimising its internal communication.
